Getting started with Dotidot

Getting started with Dotidot

We strive to make Dotidot as user-friendly as possible and to make it easy and quick for everyone to navigate. However, with how extensive it is, it's clear that users could use some help hands to getting started. We've got a few of those hands for you - one of which is this guide, designed to help you find the right path.Sni_mek_obrazovky_2022-02-21_v_13.11.53.png

You'll find the complete basics as well as tricks and tips for more advanced settings. And if there's something you can't find in the manual, you'll find the answer with our support guy Lukas, who is available weekdays from 9am to 5pm at support@dotidot.io. :)

So how to start?

First, it is important to determine whether or not you have your own data source. If you don't have one, you can use our Feed Scraper to get it from your site using a sitemap, or if you want to give Dotidot just a try for now, we recommend our sample categorical or product feed.

The next step is to decide what to do with the data source. The options are:

  1. Create a campaign

  2. Enrich your own data source with additional data from other sources through Data enrichment.

  3. Edit your data feed and export it via Feed exports to another ad system.

This is the most basic breakdown that describes the basic possibilities of working with Dotidot in the most rough outline. However, Dotidot is a very advanced automation platform that can do miracles with your campaigns. Once you get into its nooks and crannies, you'll never want to do campaigns the old-fashioned way again. We guarantee it.
