Deletion/archiving

Inactive objects from the application and database will be deleted or archived after some time.
This is done for several reasons, but mainly to make the application as pleasant to use and perform as well as possible. We have prepared for you an overview of objects and their actions that are happening in this regard

Archive = can still be restored

Delete = cannot be restored

📊 Data Sources

Deletion rules:

• If not in use (paused) → Archive after 3 months → Delete after 12 more months (total 15 months from inactivity)

• If deleted by user → Delete after 3 months

 

📤 Feed Exports

Deletion rules:

• If inactive for 3 months → Archive

• If archived for 12 months → Delete

• If deleted by user → Delete after 3 months

 

📣 Campaigns

Deletion rules:

• If inactive for 3 months → Archive

• If archived for 12 months → Delete

• If deleted by user → Delete after 3 months
